PILATES

Pilates is a mind-body exercise method that enhances injury prevention, general strength, sports performance, and overall health by emphasizing intrinsic strength and mobility. As a registered Biokineticist, I provide an ideal environment for preventing injuries and managing chronic conditions, such as lower back pain.

We offer private one-on-one and duo sessions, both on the mat and using Balanced Body equipment. Additionally, we provide small group classes.
